For an upcoming automotive project at Rheinmetall Defence Netherlands, we are looking for 14 additional technicians who can start within the next two weeks.

Who are we looking for?
The three most important selection criteria are:
1. Strong automotive/mechanical experience
Our preference is for candidates with experience in the automotive industry who are genuinely skilled in mechanical work and have worked on different components of vehicles. Candidates with experience in complex technical assembly can also be suitable, provided they have strong mechanical skills.
2. Able to read technical drawings
Candidates must be comfortable reading and working independently from technical drawings and instructions.
3. Good technical understanding
We are looking for technically skilled candidates who understand how mechanical components and systems work. The required level is comparable to at least MBO level 3 in the Netherlands.
What will they be working on?
The technicians will work on a special automotive project in which a base Mercedes vehicle is converted into the Rheinmetall Caracal.
The assembly process consists of five different stages. At each stage, the technician works alongside an experienced employee. The work varies from mechanical assembly and installing vehicle components to installing and connecting wiring.

What do we offer?
40-hour working week: approximately €580 – €650,-after all deductions
Two-shift schedule: approximately €610 – €710,-after all deductions
In addition:
Single rooms are arranged by Duch employer
Transport is arranged by Duch employer
