Project for tire mechanics (25 people) in the Netherlands, from 5-th of October starting!
Work description:
As a Tire Mechanic, you are responsible for safely changing, mounting, and balancing car tires. You work with different types of vehicles and make sure customers can get back on the road safely. Solution-oriented thinking and attention to detail are important in your daily work.
Your day usually starts with correctly positioning a vehicle on the lift. Next, you remove wheels, take off balance weights, mount tires on rims, and check tire pressure and rotation direction. You perform a visual inspection, measure tire tread depth, and consider any Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). After balancing the wheels, you retighten the bolts to the correct torque. You work closely with colleagues and quickly switch between various tasks.
The season is expected to start around week 41–43 (5 October – 19 October 2026). Most workshops are expected to finish the season around 18 December 2026.
We are looking to recruit approximately 25 employees for the season.
Requirements for candidate:
• Completed training as an (assistant) mechanic, automotive technician, tire mechanic or a similar technical field
• Experience with similar tasks or in a comparable role
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• A category B driver’s license is a plus
• Good command of the English language

The estimated net weekly salaries based on 40 hours are:
• Unexperienced: €485 – €500, after all deductions;
• Experienced: €505 – €523, after all deductions
• Experienced+: €526 – €543, after all deductions
• Service Mechanic: €545 – €562, after all deductions
