Required wood production workers(3) in factory in Mill, the Netherlands
Work as a production worker in the wood industry. You’ll help produce wooden doors, operate modern machines, and learn new skills. No experience required—motivation and technical insight are what matter. We offer stable hours, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
As a wood production worker, you play an important role in the process of making wooden doors. You’ll be involved with sawing, assembling, and operating various machines. You make sure everything runs smoothly and always work according to safety regulations. You also help create standard and custom packaging for clients both locally and internationally.
On a typical day, you’ll prepare materials, set up and operate machines such as saws, presses, glue, and milling machines, and support the assembly of products.

2 shifts:

Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:00 (from Monday to Thursday) and Friday, 05:30 – 12:45
Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:30 (from Monday till Thursday) and Friday, 12:45 – 20:00

Requirements for candidates:
• Technical insight and skill with tools
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Awareness of safety while working
• Good command of English at least at B1 level
• Ability to work well in a team
• Curious and eager to develop new skills
• Experience with woodworking is a plus.
• Preferably candidates with driving license.
