Each apartment has a rational and convenient planning (50-65 sq.m), dark rooms are next to kitchens to store products. It is possible to change the layout of partitions. There is no finish on the walls nor tiles, decoration, etc., only plain walls and floors. No windows installed. No drainage or heating system installed.
Building is located in Vievis town center, Stoties street, approximately 200 meters from train station. Vievis town is located in the midway of Vilnius and Kaunas (actually there is a development project in the future that Vilnius and Kaunas are going to be joined together as a dipole so Vievis is going to be in the middle.
